My dog enjoys every meal. I love that it comes in convenient patties so easy to defrost. It is good on his tummy and I am very happy. I know it’s difficult but I do wish you could find an alternative to the polystyrene boxes.
Thank you, Gai. I'm really glad he's enjoying every meal and that the Patties are working well for you both. The insulated boxes keep everything safe until it arrives at your door, and they're fully recyclable. But we're always looking at how we can do things better.

I feed my dog on raw food and felt like he needed a change as he was starting to become picky, the first day i gave him this food he had ate everything and now i have no issies with him leaving anything in his bowl, i gave a family member a pack to try her dogs on as she has just placed an order, this will be my dogs go to food from now on and will be ordering again

My Maltese girl is absolutely obsessed with her pattie a day. As usually a fussy eater. Thank you team for your customer service too.
Great value for raw food. My dog loves it. Portion sizes are perfect for her and defrosting time relatively quick.
I’ve been using Luna and me since my dog was a puppy. He can be really fussy with his food but absolutely loves his patties, and is a bonus that it’s one of the best quality raw foods on the market, so I know I’m giving him the very best. Their treats are also really nutritious and full of natural goodies without any nasty fillers which my dog is also a massive fan of too. Delivery is always great, storing and defrosting the patties is really convenient and easy and the price is so good, especially with the on repeat and weekly favourites box discount. An excellent brand that I’ll be continuing to buy from throughout my dogs life.

However, we were most concerned that you stated your parcel was not delivered! I can confirm for you that I have looked into this matter and can see that two parcels were successfully delivered to you on 28th December 2023, as you confirmed in your email.
In this email, you state that you believe items to be missing from your order. Having thoroughly looked into your concerns with our Distribution Team and our Couriers, we can confirm that both the scan of your parcels and the delivered weight of your parcels confirm that your order arrived as specified.
