A firm staple in our

A firm staple in our house - nothing ever gets left behind! Poor sausage had to be in hospital for 5 nights and had to have his special raw food brought to him fresh every day as he refused anything else that was offered - all he wanted was his fave patties

Nothing makes us happier than knowing our patties are his absolute favourite. We're so sorry to hear he had to spend time in hospital and hope he's feeling better. Sending him lots of get-well cuddles!

I'm thrilled to be able to confirm that all our packaging is fully recyclable, including the polystyrene box in which the food arrives.

Our food-safe EPS boxes are made from recycled material and air, and most councils will take them into regular recycling at the waste centre, if not at the curbside.

I also know many customers who also repurpose them into storage; for the greenhouse, they are fantastic for bringing on young plants, and schools love them too for craft projects.

At LUNA & me, we have spent a lot of time making conscious decisions regarding our packaging, and none of the choices we make are taken lightly and I can assure you that all are made with the environment in mind.

My dog LOVES all their flavours.. This is really about how amazing the delivery was. I called at 3.30pm .. I was away from home longer than I expected so hadn’t brought enough food for my girl. Had done an emergency dash to local pet store to get her some raw - won’t name the brand but all I can say is ‘uuurrggghhh’. Only had enough of that until tomorrow morning. The lovely lady at Luna and Me took my order and managed to send it that afternoon!! It arrived by 11am the next day. Saved me a trip to buy more (revolting) raw food at the local pet shop. And the princess was back in her favourite food again. I am beyond impressed and happy with how helpful and fabulous this team is. Thank you from me but a huge tail wag from my doggie!!!!

With our little Patterdale needing an option lower in fat the lamb and turkey has been perfect. Moving from Bella and duke earlier this year we would never change again. Service is fab and the quality is amazing. Max loves it
