Percy is really enjoying the

Percy is really enjoying the patties. Just one thing, especially during this hot weather, could you pack the box with a freeze bag one at the bottom and one at the top. Our last delivery had two on top of the box and the patties at the bottom were starting to defrost. One other thing his coat isn’t as shiny as it was, could this be our choices or could it be the heat maybe. Anyway, he is enjoying your food, thank you

I have a very fussy

I have a very fussy dog who doesn’t really like wet food So I feed Luna slightly frozen which she loves Just times she tried this flavour she wasn’t that keen but it has gone wet and sloppy by the time she ate it Next time it was partially frozen and she got fussy Phoebe it’s not so much the flavour as consistency That’s why she’s known as diva dog

Our recipes are always the same, but because they’re handcrafted in small batches with fresh, natural ingredients, a little variation in texture is completely normal. Seasonal changes can also affect how quickly meals defrost, so you may notice slight differences at times. Serving partially frozen or adjusting the defrost time can often help find the texture Phoebe prefers.

Wild dogs would not forage

Wild dogs would not forage for kibble. They would forage for meat, maybe eat raw vegetables as well. There's not much scope for domesticated dogs to forage really and that's why it's the responsibility of us, as owners, to make sure they're still getting the food they would naturally eat and forage for in the wild: Luna and me is the perfect solution and our little Ollie loves it. Cardboard kibble is not what dogs want 😐
