Great idea to have the food in smaller size quantities so you can defrost a smaller amount at a time. Sadly my dog isn’t a lover of either of the flavours so far but I will keep trying as it is such good quality!

After a thorough investigation of your account, I can see that you have been a customer for almost 3 years, which is wonderful, thank you. However, I can only see one correspondence from you back in 2021, when a parcel was unable to be delivered due to a road closure, this parcel was immediately replaced and sent to a different address.

Further to your recent review, I have looked into your On Repeat and can see that you cancelled it with the reason: Payment was taken on the 12th and still not received. Ran our of burgers now. Terrible service

I would be delighted to take this opportunity to advise you on our delivery schedule. At LUNA & me, we despatch Monday - Thursday for delivery to you Tuesday - Friday, so orders placed after 1pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday are not despatched until the Monday. The date on your On Repeat is your charge date rather than your delivery date.

Your recent order, #168652, was charged on Friday 12th May, despatched on Monday 15th and delivered to you the next day on Tuesday 16th May.

With LUNA & me On Repeat, you have complete control and ultimate flexibility over your On Repeat orders. It allows you to edit order content and billing information, change delivery details, pause and cancel. You can also track your order history and see your next On Repeat date.

Great for itchy dogs as finding raw without fruit and veggies is tricky
