Well packaged, liked by dog but big frozen block would be better sliced for serving smaller dogs and take up less room than the patties which are not efficient to store.

It's so wonderful to hear that your dog loves our food, Ali! We create our 100g pre-portioned Patties to make raw feeding easy and simple! Our mince is targeted for larger breeds or multiple-dog households that may require feeding a larger amount of food each day. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We understand your disappointment regarding the discontinuation of our SuperBlends Mince products.

We appreciate your loyalty to our SuperBlends recipes and regret any inconvenience caused by this change. Our decision to transition to only Patties was driven by a commitment to enhancing convenience and reducing food waste. Each Pattie is pre-portioned into individual 100g servings, making raw feeding simpler and helping to ensure you only use what you need.

While the Patties may appear more expensive, they are approximately 10% higher in cost compared to our Mince products. We believe the benefits, including easier storage and reduced waste, provide added value. The packaging includes two separate trays, offering flexible storage solutions that should not significantly impact your space.

However, when compared to other raw food options in block form, our prices are competitive, offering superior quality and the added convenience of pre-portioned Patties.

For the best value, we recommend our Variety Boxes with the ‘On Repeat’ option. This allows you to create a customised menu for your pet, and you'll receive a 5% discount on every order.

We understand that this change may not meet everyone's preferences, and we're sorry to hear that it has led you to consider changing suppliers. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our offerings.

Great single protein option

My dog can have sensitive tummy sometimes and the vet recommends trialing him on single protein meal to help eliminate any particular one that he might not agree with. It's great to have different options of single protein here and he's loving ducky duck.
