Hello, this review isn't about the food as my dogs love it and always have and my Albert was a total nightmare to feed. I just wanted to say I don't know if you use the generic name Jordan for your customer service folks but oh my goodness the lady I spoke too twice and that was the same person was absolutely lovely. So helpful and understanding. I know its dog food at the end of the day but I don't have children so I'm heavily invested in my pups and she was just lovely to speak to and deal with. So give her an Xmas bonus if you can because she is a great asset to your company!
brilliant food our little Luna loves it and you can tell that all the ingredients are of a high standard really happy with it and most of all our little rescue Luna loves it..🐾🐾

Our cockapoo loves all the Luna patties. We have only been using Luna for a couple of months but already the health benefits are obvious - Her teeth are whiter and her breath doesn’t smell, her poo’s are small and hard and seems to emptying her anal glands herself (she used to have to go once a month to the vets to be emptied). :blush::+1::skin-tone-2::dog:
My dogs absolutely LOVE this. My brothers dog recently came to stay and poor thing is fed kibble. When she caught wind of my dogs being fed this, she totally went off her kibble and the only way I could get her to eat was to sneak a tiny bit of Luna & Me into it!

Only food my dog will eat
Our puppy also really loves the bare beef bones which has marrow in the centre, they are so good for her and my older girl, (ALSO WE GET SOME PEACE WHEN THEY ARE EATING THE MARROW INSIDE). sue xxxxxx.

Love all your food. I think improvements could be made to the packaging. I hate the number of sleeves that are used, it’s such a waste. Also, my puppy is 1 today. I was put onto Luna & Me via my breeder and I have continued to use you and will do so. I would be incredible if you were to reward loyalty, a free box every 12 months or something. Small touches go a long way, especially when things are so expensive at the minute.

10yrs our JR won’t eat anything else. We’ve tried all the flavours but she only eats the beef patties. Makes life easier for us knowing she’s got all the right stuff & goodness in a pattie. The coconut crunch goes down treat too.

These are perfect size and easy to serve. Cockerpoo is loving these. No issue with change over from other food. I like that all what he needs are within these patties. No mess either. Perfect.
