Our Labradoodle Dude is 9 now and he’s been loving his Luna and Me for 6years. His absolute favourite is the Beefy Beef mince…. Not to say that he doesn’t love other flavours too! He’s one of those dogs who always lick the bowl clean. Luna food is just brilliant and Dude is a very happy healthy dog. Thankyou for making such wonderful food and for being so helpful in the beginning when we started on raw.

We've been having the mixed box for a while now. It works really well from a portion point of view. The ONLY issue I have is when the polystyrene boxes are broken inside the cardboard. (The bottom has often broken away, but is kept in place for the delivery phase by the cardboard box.) I then get tiny pieces of polystyrene all over the place. Not a huge issue as it only happens 33% of the time. Still, thought you'd appreciate knowing that this happens. The actual product works brilliantly and is the best on the market for us. Thank you

Wonderful food products. Our dogs have beautifully silky, shiny coats this is most certainly down to the quality of food from Luna & Me. Please never change, just so happy with everything to do with L& M. Personal quick and very friendly service too, especially if there’s issues with our order. Wonderful. Just one bit of feedback is for the packaging, A more eco friendly alternative to the polystyrene box would be great, but certain you must constantly be thinking of ways to get around this. A box return system of some kind? A tricky one. All the best and thank you.

We have spent a lot of time making conscious decisions for our business regarding our packaging, and none of the choices we make are taken lightly, and all are made with the environment in mind.
Our Polystyrene boxes are 'food-safe' made with no harmful gases; they are full of 90% air, a little like a balloon, made from recycled material and fully recyclable after use. Most councils will take them at the curb-side, if not the waste centres will recycle them.
We also have many customers that repurpose them into storage; for the greenhouse, they are excellent for bringing on young plants, and schools love them for craft projects!
At LUNA & me, we have a forward thinking approach and we are always seeking new ways to improve our service and will continue to update our packaging as new options become available.

Have raw fed for four years now doing myself with all the freezing and sourcing issues that involves because I could not find a complete raw brand my floof would eat. On recommendation I have ordered from Luna and Me and yeay, the furball loves it. Good quality, well mixed, obviously appetising food. Going to make my life easier. Thank you

I have been using Luna and Me for a few months and can only say it's brilliant. The previous brand of raw food I was using was great but unfortunately they were normally out of stock and this was the reason to change brands. I am so glad I have as this is far superior. I have noticed a significant difference in the coat of both my cat and dog, they both have more energy and their behavior is improved. Having had to contact customer services all I can say is they are friendly, very helpful and will sort out any issues quickly. Delivery has always been quick and everything is reasonably priced.
Our dogs absolutely love Luna & Me. Never leave a thing, my young dog will eat all of his, run to the older dogs bowl just in case there is any left (never is) then runs back to his bowl just in case
