I have 2 sprockers, Maya 15 months old and Kaili at 5 months old, I must be mad! Both are working dogs in training and come from working stock. Kaili is a food monster and Maya a grazer, both were on a kibble and raw mince diet. Maya would often graze and sometimes not bother with food at all often missing meals etc. Whilst on a training session with the gun dog trainer locally, near Cerne Abbas, we were discussing foods for them and she highly recommended LUNA & me. She explained that she feeds this to all her working dogs and recently a new litter of 7 as well.

She happily gave me the contact info and I immediately went online and entered all my dog's information, weight age etc, the Sprocker breed was missing from the drop down so I used working cocker as a test to see what requirements my dogs would need food wise.

I then called LUNA & me and spoke to a very helpful advisor called Lauren. I mentioned the issue on the website with Sprockers missing, which has now been rectified, so I guess a they are a company that actually listens to the customer, a rarity these days. I gave all the info to Lauren and within 2 hours had a very detailed email from her laying out the food type, amount etc and the wet food calculation %.

Part of the info intrigued me, stop old food entirely and start the next day 100% on LUNA & me, rather than a slow changeover which is recommended by all the kibble brands, I wonder why?!

I thought about all my options, opened an account online and then placed my 1st order. A starter option for Kaili to test different flavours and Beef patties for Maya. I then arranged to collect my order the very next day. When I arrived it was very well packed in a polystyrene box with ice packs inside.

Next morning I put LUNA & me to the test, Maya was a little tentative but Kaili ploughed straight into it and it was gone in minutes. It's been 2 months now and I've not looked back, Maya is now always sat waiting and can’t wait to be fed. She eats the lot in minutes with no more grazing.

The health results have been amazing, both have such shiny coats, lots more energy and toilet wise only 2 times a day, no more diarrhoea. Can’t speak highly enough of the customer service, information and the products. We have continued to place more orders and vary the meats around.
